Ten Retail Customer / 70% Rule Form Requirement

• The Ten Customer certification form must be submitted by the 5th of every month in order to receive Royalty and Production Bonus payment.

• It may be submitted by mail, fax, or online. When using the online method, the form may be submitted between the 15th of the current month up to the 5th of the following month.

• Failure to submit the Ten Customer certification form will result in earnings being held .
